Puerto Rico is a commonwealth of the US. I think of it, however, as an island nation with a unique culture. About the size of Connecticut, this island is a gem of the Caribbean. US citizens don’t need a passport to go there. The official languages of PR are both English and Spanish though Spanish is the predominant language.
Or, as Cheryl and I like to call it, the “Life is too short…” cruise.
There are several ways to explore the jungles in Costa Rica. One way is to walk through it, but you need to be careful of poisonous snakes. Sometimes those paths will take you onto bridges as you see here.
